Please note: I balance coaching with my academic and medico-legal work, so I intentionally keep my monthly remote roster small (capped at 5 active athletes) so I can give each lifter my full energy and attention. Because space is limited, I thoroughly read every enquiry myself to make sure we’ll make a good team.
If it looks like we’d be a good match, I’ll be in touch to invite you to a free 15 minute consultation call to discuss your training history, current roadblocks, any limitations that affect your lifting (e.g. injuries or health conditions), and your specific goals.
I know how important lifting is to you, and that means that finding the right coach is crucial.
If I don’t think I’m the best fit for you, I’ll still of course be in touch to let you know, and I may be able to suggest other coaches who would be a better match for your current needs.
